Life coaching is a distinctive service that differs in a lot of ways from therapy and counseling.
Life coaching is focused on growth and performance models, goals and actions, problem solving, personal evolution, the present and the future, and helping people go from functional to extraordinary. Therapy is focused on medical models, issue resolution, personal strengthening, the past and present, and helping people become or remain functional.
